Steven Edwards, Partner/Broker

Steven began in real estate in 2004 while attending The University of Texas at Austin.  Upon graduating in 2006 with a finance degree focused on real estate, he moved to Dallas where he began working for Hillwood, a Perot company.  Here, he focused on commercial real estate development and investments globally.  Prior to graduating, he worked for various commercial real estate firms including The Stone Group CRE, Henry S. Miller Co., and CBRE|Melody where he gained a broad spectrum of experience and his interest in real estate grew.  Steven and his wife Happiness have two beautiful daughters, Gianna and Hannah Grace, as well as their family pet Gatsby.

Jeff Grant, Partner/Realtor®

As a native Austinite, Jeff has had the opportunity to see Austin’s tremendous growth and change first hand. His real estate career began in 2007 with a custom home and pool builder where he lead the construction of luxury properties in the Bee Cave and Lakeway areas. His experience there sparked his passion for real estate and he moved on to work with Kemp Properties on various projects, including the renovation of the historic Starr Building on 6th Street in downtown Austin. In 2011, Jeff was hired on as the Director of Marketing with The Stone Group, a national commercial real estate firm based out of Austin. The position provided him invaluable experience in portfolio management, research analytics, lease administration, and commercial development. In an effort to broaden his real estate knowledge, Jeff joined the team at Stanberry & Associates in their Dripping Springs office in 2012. In mid-2013, along with his co-owner, Steven Edwards, Jeff launched Saddle Realty to better assist clients across all property types.

Born in Austin to real estate investor parents, Niles was surrounded by the construction and property development process from a young age. He earned a degree in Advertising from Chapman University in 2008. After college, Niles spent several months refurbishing a yacht in the Mediterranean, which ultimately peaked his interest in home renovations and building. He returned to Austin and began working for investors, revitalizing their properties and significantly increasing property value. As a Realtor®, Niles has experience representing both buyers and sellers as well as managing property. Niles recently completed his Masters in Land and Property Development at Texas A&M University.

Hayden is a sophomore majoring in Economics at the University of Texas at Austin, while also working part time in real estate. A family friend introduced him to the industry while attending high school in Dallas and has since acted as a mentor through the process. Shortly after earning his real estate license, Hayden interned with his mentor in the summer of 2014, and worked a lot with multi-family investment properties. He really enjoyed working with investors and gaining knowledge about profitable investment opportunities. Hayden carried his drive to excel at real estate down to Austin and has continued to learn about multi-family investments, while also expanding his skill set to encompass leasing as well as remodel and flip opportunities. He always strives to learn about the industry and strengthen his real estate skill set, so that when he graduates from college he will be a step ahead of the game.

Caroline Toby

Caroline Toby, Realtor®

Caroline was born and raised in Houston, Texas.  She is the youngest of four kids in her close knit family, all of whom spent much of their childhood enjoying the beautiful city of Austin while visiting their father who lived near Barton Creek.  She attended Texas A&M University to study Chemistry after graduating high school in 2004, but after two short years in College Station, Caroline realized that Austin, Texas was a much better fit for her!   

Caroline’s first job in Austin had her working at Capitol KIA in North Austin, where her charming personality and dedication to work quickly paved her way from Parts Delivery Driver to Receptionist to Internet Sales Manager.  She realized pretty quickly that the car business was not for her and decided to take a chance on the food/beverage service industry.  Her love for people and passion for great, friendly customer service kept her in the industry for over a decade!

It was through this industry that she met Whitney Prince, a Realtor partnered with Saddle Realty, who always had the greatest things to say about working in the real estate business.  She recommended to Caroline the promising path of getting a license through Texas Tech and Capital Real Estate Training.  Less than a year later, Whitney introduced her to Steven and Jeff, owners of Saddle Realty.  There was no doubt in Caroline’s mind that with this team was where she belonged.

Stacy is a proud Texas native. She grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and currently lives in Austin. She spent time in Fayetteville at The University of Arkansas where she earned her undergraduate degree and affinity for calling the Hogs. Shortly after college, she married an Officer in the Marine Corps and moved to North Carolina for a few years.

She and her husband, Ben, along with their yellow lab, “Gumbeaux”, recently moved to Austin where they were referred to Jeff and Steven at Saddle Realty to find their new home. Their interactions with the Saddle Realty team were a huge success! Sylvia is actively involved with her church, First Baptist Church of Kopperl, leading a women’s Sunday school class and teaching a class for adults each week.
